It all started with a simple introduction from a mutual friend. When our paths crossed, neither of us knew that this moment would mark the beginning of a beautiful adventure. From that very first conversation, sparks ignited as we discovered our shared love for all things automotive. As Maggie worked as a service advisor and Dan as a skilled technician, we found camaraderie in our parallel worlds, where the language of cars flowed effortlessly between us. But it wasn’t just our love for engines that connected us; it was the joy we found in each other’s company. Our weekends soon became filled with exhilarating road trips, laughter echoing through the air as we explored new places together. We learned to appreciate the beauty of life in the little moments—dancing together in the kitchen while cooking our favorite meals, stealing kisses in between stirring pots, and letting the music guide our every move. Those evenings spent side by side felt like pure magic, as if time stood still just for us. And then there was the delightful twist of fate—discovering that our parents attended Wyoming Tech together decades ago. It’s as if the universe conspired to bring our families together long before we ever met. How amazing is it that love has been intertwined in our families for so long, and we only found each other 22 years later? Each day, we are reminded that our love story is part of a beautiful legacy. With every adventure we embark on, we find new ways to grow together, supporting and encouraging one another in our dreams and aspirations. Whether its tackling a challenging project at work or cozying up to watch our favorite shows, we weave our lives together in a tapestry of love, respect, and unwavering support. As we approach our wedding day, our hearts overflow with gratitude and excitement. My sister Allyson is two years older than me, but she’s always felt more like a best friend than anything else. She’s a dedicated nurse with a caring heart, and her compassion shows in everything she does. When she’s off the clock, you can usually find her relaxing with her favorite drink — a black cherry White Claw — and making everyone around her laugh. I’m grateful every day to have her in my life.

Allyson Goldrick

Maddie is my ride-or-die — the kind of best friend everyone wishes they had. We met working together at a mechanical shop, and somehow went from coworkers to inseparable. We’ve seen Kesha live, cried through our deep emotional talks, and laughed so hard we ended up in tears all over again. She’s the person I can count on for honesty, chaos, comfort, and everything in between.

Kaylee is one of my best friends, and someone I’m so grateful life brought my way. We met bartending at Suzy’s Saloon, and she was the one who trained me — but somewhere between late nights, bar crawls, and venting about everyday life, we became so much more than coworkers. Through every high and every bit of chaos, Kaylee has shown me that no matter what any crazy boss tries to say or do, our friendship is unshakable. She’s loyal, real, and one of the people I trust most.

Wyatt has been my best friend since 7th grade — the kind of friend who’s been there through every phase of life. We shared more than a few detentions back in school and spent countless hours BMX riding like we owned the place. Now, one of our favorite traditions is heading to Road America together every year. No matter how much time passes, hanging out with Wyatt always feels like picking up right where we left off.

Jake has been one of my best friends since junior year of high school, and he’s the kind of friend you can always count on. He’s all about hunting, fishing, and tearing up the trails off-roading, but what really stands out is how genuine he is. No matter what’s going on, Jake shows up — with loyalty, humor, and the kind of steady support that makes a friendship last. I’m grateful to have him in my life.

Ryan is the reason Maggie and I ever met, and I’ll always be grateful for that. We work together as mechanics, and from day one he’s been the kind of guy who knows how to party but also knows how to show up for the people he cares about. He’s always had our backs, never doubted our relationship, and has supported both of us through everything. Ryan’s the friend who can lift anyone’s mood — he just knows how to brighten a day without even trying. (He is also a proud owner of a L5P)

Arley is one of my best friends, and someone I’ve been close with since we met as mechanics back in senior year of high school. Even though he lives states away now, the distance has never changed our friendship — he’s still one of the people I feel closest to. Arley is caring, smart, and effortlessly witty, the kind of friend who can make you feel understood and make you laugh in the same moment. I’m grateful to have him in my life.

Tom is one of those unforgettable friends you’re lucky to meet. We met working as mechanics, and right away it was clear he’s the kind of guy who always puts others first. He’s a total cat dad at heart, but don’t let that fool you — this man can lift an entire engine by himself. And when he’s not showing off superhuman strength in the shop, he’s rocking out as the bassist in his band. Tom’s the perfect mix of big-hearted, talented, and just plain badass.
