This well-known secondhand store is truly one of a kind! They have purchase agreements with all domestic airlines and other travel partners, so when an unclaimed bag is deemed "orphaned", Unclaimed Baggage buys the bag from the airline and gives its items a second life. You can find some high end pieces of clothing, electronics, and jewelry here for a fraction of retail cost! While there may not be much in Scottsboro to pass the time, this is a great place to walk around and window shop!

As we all know, Clay is a big space guy! And honestly, if it wasn't for his interest in rockets, we would have never met and we wouldn't have this incredibly special occasion to gather everyone in our city. We've spent several evenings at the US Space and Rocket Center attending shows, events, and even launch parties for the Artemis Project (Clay's work project). This is a great place to roam around, learn about the Apollo missions and Huntsville's history in the space program, and what the future holds as far as space exploration!

Located in Downtown Huntsville next to one of the hotels we have a room block at, this gorgeous park is an excellent place to stroll around, feed ducks and fish, explore the city, or just set up a picnic blanket and relax in the grass. With the wedding being in mid-April, hopefully the cherry blossoms are in full bloom so Huntsville can show you it's full beauty and why we have fallen in love with this city!

It's the home of our very first date at Wahlburger's, as well as the home of our 1st anniversary date to Color Me Mine, a pottery studio where you can glaze your own piece of pottery!

Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment is the largest privately owned arts facility in the United States. With a focus on visual arts, this huge historic factory building has been redeveloped into 152 working studios for over 200 artists and makers, 7 galleries, a theatre, community garden, and performance venues!
