Danny and I got to celebrate our 2 year anniversary on October 31st, 2023. That evening, we went out for dinner bowling. That was our first date together, bowling. During the entire evening, I had anticipated that Danny might propose, but he was able to throw me off to ensure I was 100% surprised.

When we returned to my apartment after bowling, there was a beautiful setup on my porch. A pumpkin with our names and the date, a hollow pumpkin picture frame filled with our favorite candy Starbursts, and more fall decorations. And right in the middle of it all, was a small blue box. It was then, that Danny revealed the ring and asked me if I would marry him.
