Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Bear Creek Mountain Resort.

Yes! Bear creek has a free parking lot for wedding guests and hotel guests.

(Depending on rain!) The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. In the event of rain both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors.

Yes! We have a limited amount of blocked rooms that will get a discounted rate. Use the code JKWD5825 on line or over the phone the get the wedding rate. Guests have until May 8th 2025 to get the discounted rate so book early!!!!!

Unfortunately we have a limited amount of space so plus ones will be invitation only!

As much as we love your little ones we will be having an adult only wedding (With the exception of out-of-state guests and their families!).

Our ceremony will begin at 5:30pm so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early. Please don’t be late!

Our dress code is cocktail. Long or short dresses and a suit and tie!

We do not. We are lucky enough to have everything we need, and we are just happy to have everyone come and celebrate!
