Yes, you may park at the venue. The venue does also allow overnight parking, but cars MUST be gone by 10AM the following morning to ensure that the wedding guests the next day are able to park. We will also have a shuttle service from Grand Casino Hinkley to and from the venue.
Are children allowed?
While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adult only event for you to enjoy a night off celebrating with us.
Will there be an open bar?
We will have an open bar during cocktail hour following the ceremony. Following the cocktail hour, beer and wine will be free. There will be a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from.
What should I wear?
Cocktail/Semi Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. No jeans please.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! We will have two shuttles picking up from Grand Casino Hinkley at 3:15pm in order to arrive at the venue around 4pm. The shuttle will arrive to begin bringing guests back to Grand Casino between 9-9:30pm and at 11pm.
