Reservations can be made in the Koebnick/McCabe room block by using the link below, or by calling the hotel. If you call the hotel, tell them you would like to book a room in our block to ensure you get the discounted rate. Rooms that are not reserved within the block by 12/1/24 will be released - so please book before then if you plan to utilize the amenity. There are king bed and double queen bed rooms available.


We will have a shuttle service from Rush Creek to the hotel from 9 PM - 12 AM.
