Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, the venue has a parking lot with free parking available on the north side of the building.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm. We ask guests to arrive early to enjoy a glass of champagne prior to the ceremony, and to ensure we can start on time! Unfortunately, we do anticipate some extra traffic as it is Friday of Labor Day weekend and there is a White Sox game, so please keep that in mind.
What is the transportation schedule for the wedding day?
Buses will arrive at the hotel to pick up guests every 15 minutes beginning at 4:45 pm and ending at 5:15 pm. Please take an earlier bus if you are able to!
Beginning at 9:45 pm, buses will pick up guests and bring them back to the hotel every 30 minutes. Then, beginning at 11:30 pm, they will transport guests every 15 minutes until 12:15 am.
Where is the venue?
The address of the venue is 1200 W 35th St in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood. Please note The Bridgeport Art Center has 2 venues - we will be at the Skyline Loft. The venue is on the north side of the building.
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
The wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors.
Can I bring my children?
We love your kids, but we kindly request a child-free wedding. Our nieces and nephews will be there just for the ceremony and cocktail hour since they have roles in the wedding. Thank you for understanding!
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. The self-park option is $39 per night and valet is $54 per night. We recommend the app SpotHero as an alternative to find more affordable parking close by.
