What should I wear?
Cocktail attire or Garden Party Formal attire is requested. The ceremony will be held in an outdoor turf covered area while the reception will be in a covered greenhouse space. Guests may opt to bring a pair of more comfortable shoes for dancing.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Miami weather in December is typically around 70°F. It may be humid with the possibility of rain. Guests are advised to pack a rain jacket and umbrella, just in case!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can indulge in hor d'oeuvres and an open bar during cocktail hour (from 5:00pm to 6:00pm). The reception will be from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and will include dinner, dessert, and dance.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "no" and let us know as soon as you can so that we can plan accordingly. Though the event will not be live-streamed, you can celebrate with us by contributing to our wedding registry!
How do I get to the venue?
The venue address is 12301 SW 56th St, Miami, FL 33175.
There is free parking available on-site. If you are flying in from out of state, you might consider using a car rental for the weekend or taking an Uber or Lyft ride to the venue.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that guests arrive to the venue at 3:30pm before being seated at the start of the ceremony at 4:00pm so that we can make sure all is accounted for and that we can begin as scheduled!
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay within our budget. Our wedding is invite only - we will only be able to accommodate those listed when you click RSVP on this website.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Though we do not have a hotel block reserved, we have listed various hotels nearby in the Travel section of our website.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The deadline to RSVP is October 21, 2022, on our wedding website. To RSVP, please click the "RSVP" tab near the top of the webpage and follow the provided directions.
What kind of food and drinks will be served at the reception?
Individual meals will be prepared for each guest. There will be an open bar and dessert served after dinner. Please inform us of any allergies you have, as well as whether you have dietary restrictions. This question is located in your RSVP questionnaire. We will accommodate you to the best of our ability.
May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
Taking home souvenirs is still to be determined with our vendors. Unfortunately, candles may not be taken home.
Can I take pictures? What can I post on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to social media. You can tag each post with our wedding hashtag (TBD) so that we can keep track of all your pictures. However, we do ask that you leave your professional cameras at home so that our photographers can capture our celebration to the best of their ability.
