Dinner Service
First course, plated
- Mesclun salad with grapes, gorgonzola, candied walnuts, savory Maine blueberry vinaigrette with assorted breads, whipped maple butter
Main course, small plates*
- Grilled beef tenderloin marinated with rosemary, garlic, and dijon, horseradish cream with house layered potatoes with Maine apples, heavy cream, gruyere & carrots, parsnips, leeks, kale
and
- Hake with pancetta, cherry tomatoes, grilled artichokes with house layered potatoes with Maine apples, heavy cream, gruyere & brussel sprouts with garlic and parmesan
and
- Homemade ravioli with caramelized onion, goat cheese, thyme, spinach, roasted red peppers, chiffonade basil, pine nuts
*With small plates as the main course, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy any or all of the three options above during dinner. We'll serve each table individually, but in a grab-and-go manner. No need to select a dish ahead of time, as they'll be enough of each of the three dishes above for everyone. Best part is...you'll be able to grab as many of each plate as you want!
