Our Wedding

We first crossed paths back in 2016 at UCM through mutual friends, but it wasn’t until years later — thanks to Maggie sliding into Alex’s Snapchat — that our story really began. (Good thing she took the chance!) Our first date was at Ladoga Winery, and not long after, Alex invited Maggie to the Lake of the Ozarks. Fun fact: she only agreed to go because her friend Kayla was there… not for Alex. (Luckily, that changed pretty quickly.) From then on, our relationship has been full of laughter, sarcasm, and inside jokes that no one else seems to get.Fast forward to June 2025 — Alex had been secretly holding onto a ring, waiting for the perfect moment. With the help of family and friends, he planned a surprise proposal on the Palmer farm. Maggie thought they were just going on a casual gator ride (so casual she almost wore gym clothes), but instead, Alex pulled off the surprise of a lifetime — followed by a family lunch and an engagement party to celebrate!

Bailey and Maggie have been best friends since birth! They are second cousins and have been inseparable since they were kids. Especially on Taco Tuesdays.

Abby and Maggie met when they were kids. Abby is now married to Maggie's brother. They went from friends to sisters!

Jordan and Maggie met through Alex and Cody. They love to drink margaritas together and try talking each other into buying things they don't actually need.

Kayla and Maggie met in high school and spent most of their weekends at bonfires. They later became sorority sisters in college. Now they are still spending every weekend together!

Mary and Maggie met while working at a daycare in 2019. They are now neighbors and spend almost every weekend together! 

Mary Stewart 

Rylee and Maggie met through Craig. They spend most of their time drinking wine and sharing strategies on how to survive dating the Richard men.

Rylee Walker

Craig and Alex met in 2001. This is because Craig is Alex's younger brother. Although Craig is taller, he still looks up to his big brother Alex.

Cody and Alex have known each other since elementary school. They were roommates at UCM and have been causing trouble since they were kids.

Ryan and Alex met at work almost 8 years ago. Countless float trips and becoming neighbors has been nothing but fun.

Donnie and Alex became friends a few years ago. Donnie and Alex have spent a lot of time watching Chiefs games and having too much fun.

Donnie Chesney 

Ty and Alex met way back in elementary school where they played on the same basketball team. Since then, they have danced their hearts out more than anyone should know.

Conner and Alex became friends several years ago. Conner and Alex have spent a ton of time at the lake and endless cornhole tournaments.
