The wedding attire is formal such as floor-length dresses or elegant ankle-length cocktail dresses for women and a dark colored suit & tie for men. The wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors with the cocktail hour outside, weather permitting.

Yes! We're providing shuttles from the hotels to the church ceremony and back. And, if you're from the Chicago area and need a ride downtown after the ceremony, feel free to hop on one of the buses back to the hotels. There's plenty of room and the hotels are all within two blocks from the Ivy Room!

The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 3:00 PM. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to find your seats and get settled in.

There is a church parking lot located off of Eugenie Street, however spots are not guaranteed. Short-term street parking is also available around the area. The recommended self-park garage is located approximately four blocks from St. Michael's at 230 W North Ave.

If driving to the venue, we recommend North Bridge Garage operated by InterPark which is located across the street from the Ivy Room.
