Maggie & Hunter met on a dating app known as Hinge back in December of 2020.

Despite being total strangers, this pair of East-Coasters were immediately drawn to each other by a sense of familiarity that ultimately led them to their very first date.

Right smack in the peak of a global pandemic, and with Maggie heading back to Long Island for Christmas the following day, their only feasible option was a cup of coffee and a "socially-distanced" walk on the beach.

Hunter wanting to demonstrate his value, offered to pick up the beverages from a little local coffee shop known as Starbucks (I know, boo!).

As he was approaching Starbucks, Hunter asked Maggie what she would like to drink and she both quickly and confidently told him a cup of coffee. With drinks in hand, he returned to his car and prepared to set off for their agreed meeting point. The car was barely in drive when Maggie texted him saying "is it too late or can you please get me a tea instead?"

Naturally, this was a bad sign.

Despite Maggie's indecisiveness for caffeinated beverages, one thing she was sure of from the start was that this casual coffee meet-up was bound to lead somewhere promising. She even left this date and proceeded to text her friend "I'm going to marry this guy."

Four years later, these two are solidifying their future by saying "I do" in front of their parents & siblings in Lake Como, Italy.
