Our Wedding

We matched on Bumble in June of 2022, but in normal Maggie fashion, I was too busy with work and dance to meet. Matt, forever the most patient and perfect man, continued to talk to me while we were both on our family vacations. We finally went for drinks at Caboose Commons on July 7, 2022, which I, Maggie, admit, that I almost slept through. The rest, as we say, is history. We are so lucky to have found one another, as we are an ideal match. Matt is selfless, calm, attentive, goofy, and an excellent cook, while he describes me as energetic, outgoing, loving, and good at cleaning up after his cooking. Every day together is an absolute dream. We are so blessed, and we cannot wait to spend our special day with you, our loved ones! Thank you for being a special part of our beginning and our forever.

Our Story

The hotel has rooms with 1 King or 2 Queens. Suites are available, but they are not included as part of the room block. Guests can stay 1-3 nights with the room block.

Two charter buses will be provided from the Westfields Marriott to the reception at the Westfields Golf Club and back. The charter buses will pick up guests at the end of the reception and return them to the hotel. -Shuttles leave for the reception: 4:30PM and 5:20PM-Shuttles return to the hotel: 9PM and 10PM

Go see the Washington Ballet's DC-themed version Nutcracker! It features dancing cherry blossoms and George Washington as the Nutcracker.

You can be a part of National Wreaths Across America Day! Starting at 8AM, volunteers can place wreaths on the headstones of veterans at Arlington National Cemetery.

Just steps from the White House, The Hamilton has a music venue and an eclectic restaurant that has everything from steak to sushi. We ate here after we got engaged!
