If you'd like to enjoy the Christmas season, we recommend checking out the Festival of Trees at Allen Theater at Playhouse Square downtown (pictured above), the decorations at the historic Cleveland Arcade at 401 Euclid Avenue, or the lights display at Public Square. These are all just minutes from the reception venue.

We also love the Christmas Story house in Tremont, the main filming location of Maggie's favorite Christmas movie. It is located at 3159 W 11th Street, less than a five-minute drive from St. Michael the Archangel church.

East 4th Street is a regular hang out location for Maggie and Drew and is home to many of Cleveland's most well-known restaurants and bars. Our personal favorites are Flannery's Irish Pub for a cozy, casual vibe and Mabel's BBQ (a Michael Symon restaurant) for a delicious, filling meal.

Maggie's first home out of college and her favorite neighborhood in Cleveland is Ohio City, which is halfway between the ceremony and reception venue (and just across the bridge from downtown). If you're looking for a quick bite to eat and to see a piece of Cleveland history, check out the West Side Market's (pictured above) incredible local vendors.

If you're looking for some of the best drinks and appetizers in the area, check out Brightside for cocktails and Great Lakes Brewing or Market Garden for beer on West 25th Street.

The Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is a downtown Cleveland staple. The museum is a fantastic place to spend an evening or an afternoon for out-of-towners and Cleveland locals alike.
