WHAT DO I WEAR?

We would love for our friends and family to join us in formal cocktail attire. Let this be the perfect occasion to dress your best and celebrate in style. We can't wait to make unforgettable memories with you!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin at 7:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking, signing the guest book and finding a seat.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Our venue has two parking garages nearby, 19 E Pike Street, Covington KY 41011, for your convenience. Please note that summer brings many exciting events to Cincinnati and Covington, so allow extra time for traffic and parking.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invite includes a plus one, it will be noted. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that all guests honor our unplugged ceremony by keeping phones silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present and allow our photographer to capture beautiful moments without distraction. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like—we’d love for you to share them with us!

WHAT IS GOING ON IN CINCY THIS WEEKEND?

Cincinnati is hosting the Cincinnati Music Festival (CMF) at Paycor Stadium, featuring R&B, Hip-Hop, Soul, and Jazz music, with headliners including Earth, Wind & Fire, Janet Jackson, and Anthony Hamilton.

Please note that due to multiple events happening around the hotel, traffic and parking may be impacted. We recommend planning accordingly to ensure a smooth arrival. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
