We grew up going to Hale Reservation in Westwood, Massachusetts. Although we crossed paths in swimming lessons and many other fun Hale activities, we became friends when we started working at Hale as lifeguards. As coworkers we would often tease each other at the lifeguard table and find ways to see one another outside of Hale. We went to the movies, mini golf, bowling, ice cream runs, trips to Maine, and throughout all these adventures we grew closer. It was clear that we were destined to be more than friends but Joe knew that for a while. Eventually we began to date and have been together for 6 years!
