Where is the venue?
The ceremony & reception will be held at the Rain Valley Ranch, located 13 miles east of Sonoita, on Arizona State Route 82.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
The venue is 1/4 mile south of AZ-82 and easily accessed by car.
Is there parking?
There is ample parking.
Where will we stay?
We have reserved a hotel block in Sierra Vista for your convenience, but please feel free to look around for closer accommodations. There are great Airbnb and Bed & Breakfasts closer to the venue, as well as a small motel with limited rooms. Please see the Travel page for more information.
Indoor vs. Outdoor?
The ceremony & reception will be held outdoors. We do have plans depending on weather, but please dress accordingly.
What should we wear?
Whatever makes you feel your best and will help you dance the night away! Jackets and proper shoes are recommended. Please check the weather forecast.
What's for Dinner?
Beef. And some other southwestern dishes. More information to follow.
What will we drink?
There will be a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Wedding Day Itinerary FAQs
The ceremony will start at 5 pm, but there will be some beverages available for you beforehand.
Following the ceremony, please mingle and enjoy the refreshments. Dinner and all the extras will follow at 6 pm, then we break out the music and open the dance floor!

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We are honored to have you with us while we celebrate our big day and we could not do it without you! Please sit back and enjoy the moment; we will share our ceremony photos with you here after the wedding.
Please feel free to post any photos you take during the reception. We love seeing you have a good time!
Kids welcome, dogs not so much
Dogs are not welcome on the property.
Children on the other hand - turn them loose! Rain Valley Ranch & the bride and groom not to be held accountable for misplaced children or too much fun having.
