What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow ample time for seating. Doors will close once the ceremony begins and no additional entry will be allowed.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and dress pants. Ladies, a midi or knee length dress or dressy seperates are great. Please do not wear jeans, t-shirts, or white.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by 31 August 2025. There will be a link to RSVP included in the formal invitation. In the RSVP, you will also select your meal.
If you’re unable to attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by selecting “Not Attending” on the RSVP form. If you do not RSVP by 31 August 2025, you will be automatically marked as “Not Attending.”
We will truly miss celebrating with you, but we do need to give our vendors a final guest count by their deadline. Your timely response helps us plan accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation.
What is the best airport to use?
Pittsburgh International Airport is the best airport to use. Located about 18 miles from the hotel, we recommend ride share or taxi to get to hotel.
Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
Is there event parking?
Valet parking is available for overnight guests. There are several other parking options within the area with varying rates; however, we recommend Mellon Square Parking garage.
Since there will be an open bar, we highly encourage those not staying in the hotel to Uber/Lyft to the event.
What should I do if the room block is full or closes before I book my room?
Please contact the hotel and mention our wedding party- they may be able to accommodate you. If not, please view the travel tab of our website for additional hotels within walking distance of the venue.
I want to book an Airbnb. Where should I stay?
We recommend looking in the South Side, Mount Washington, or North Shore areas, which offer easy access to local attractions. There is a 10 minute car ride from each of these areas to the venue.
Will you be able to accommodate my dietary restrictions?
When RSVPing, there will be a text box to list any dietary restrictions. Please be sure to fill that in so we can coordinate with the venue.
Will there be transportation provided?
Since most guests will be staying at the hotel, there will be no transportation provided. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all occur in the hotel.
