Please call 828-743-4545 and press 0 to reach the front desk - provide group code “WWP” to lock a room at the group rate. They require a 2 night minimum, but can modify a reservation to 1 night after being booked under 2 if speaking to the front desk. Reservations must be made by August 11th to lock in group rate pricing. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided exclusively to guests staying at the Hampton Inn.

Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled with the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
