The Venue

Mount Airy Casino Resort is primarily a casino and upholds a strict policy regarding underage persons. Thanks for understanding! Room rates are only valid for the above referenced dates. Reservations outside these dates will be subject to full room rate. Resort Fee of $34.95 will be added to the Room Rate. Check-in: 4 PM. Check-out: 11 AM. The above room rates are for single/double occupancy. Each additional adult is subject to a $25 additional charge per night in addition to the above group rates. To reserve your room, please call the number above and notify the staff that you are with the "Simmen-Wilson Wedding."

In consideration of our venue and the event setting, we respectfully request that children 5 years and under not attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If your party has kids under the age of 21 and you intend on booking a room with Mount Airy, please read carefully. Mount Airy Casino Resort strictly prohibits minors from accessing the grounds outside of our private wedding locations and events. The hotel makes an exception to allow minors to be guests of the hotel, but they cannot access hotel amenities. If your family plans to stay at the resort, state the total number of guests as if all are adults. Please notify me once you confirm. The staff will make any necessary arrangements due to the casino's policy. Thanks for understanding! Please contact us if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT: Guests with minors MUST use valet parking and enter through the main hotel doors - if attempting to enter through any other entrance, they will be turned away due to the Casino’s policy.

Please note that the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, which is only 30 minutes after check in time. Please consider reporting as early as able to secure your room(s) to allow yourself ample time to touch up and navigate to the ceremony site. While all wedding events are technically on site, the property can be very large and somewhat challenging to navigate if you have never been. Check the announcement with the diagram of the venue to familiarize yourself with the lay of the land. We recommend our guests utilize the complimentary valet services. It does not hurt to arrive a bit before the check-in time in the event that they have your room ready and available early.
