Arrive for the weekend and check-in. Settle into your bunks, meet other guests, play some lawn games, or go for a swim at the swimming beach next door. This is your time to relax and take it all in, or help with last minute wedding preparations! Note: swimming is only allowed at the designated swimming spot located next to Camp Pendalouan, no swimming at the camp. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguards on duty.

Bring a dish to pass and join Maia and Alex in a potluck style cookout meal. Grilled meat and veg mains will be provided, but we truly believe that love is shared through food. We will relish the chance to try your favorite foods or family recipes! BYOB: Bring whatever drinks you would like for the evening. Please note that the camp does not allow open liquor bottles. However, you are welcome to bring pre-mixed cocktails, beer, wine, etc. Please honor this rule to help Maia + Alex stay stress free!

Head over to the Great Bear Fire Circle and join us in a mix of Scandinavian and American traditions. We take the Swedish Smörgåsbord and fuse it with the American campfire classic, s'mores. An entire buffet style spread of s'more fixings. Please bring a topping if you feel so inclined!

We are fortunate to have SO many talented loved ones, that hosting an open mic seemed imperative. The Great Bear Fire Circle features a natural stage and stadium seating, perfect for a show. Grab an instrument, your voice, your sock puppets, or a good story, and settle in for an evening of entertainment. Whatever your talent, be it musical or otherwise, we would love to see you perform (no pressure!) And yes, we fully expect the open mic to devolve into a sing along after everyone has had their chance to shine.

Coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and various toppings. You are welcome to eat at the pavilion or around camp.

A mix of different camp activities, including archery, axe throwing, canoeing, hurling, lawn games, and crafts!

A build your own sandwich bar and some light snacks will be provided. Feel free to take it with you to eat around the camp, or in The Pavilion.

A trail mix bar will be set out all day to get your snack fix.

If you are finished getting ready for the ceremony early, or have just arrived for the day's festivities, you are welcome to join other guests at The Pavilion for trail mix and light refreshments before the ceremony starts.

A hot and cold brunch buffet will be served.

All guests must be packed and checked out of their cabins by 11:00. Please clean up any trash etc. that may be left behind. Thank you!

Grab a to-go lunch somewhere and head to Meinert Park Beach for an afternoon of Lake Michigan fun! There is a fee to enter, but we can carpool. More details to come.
