CAN I BRING A DATE?
Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding venue due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to all children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
We requesting an unplugged ceremony and would like to have phones and devices be put away during that time. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture the moment and would love for you to be present when we say "I do". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise! We will have QR codes placed around the venue for you to share your photos with us, we would love to see the memories you've captured.
WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Wadley Farms Castle. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will take place both inside and outside the venue building. Please be prepared to be outdoors for the 15 min ceremony as well as cocktail hour. The ceremony will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. We recommend suit and tie & formal/cocktail dresses. No jeans please!
Prepare for weather about 77 degrees during the day, 56 degrees after sunset.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
There will be a bar serving two signature cocktails with collection of beer and wine. Please drink responsibly!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 min before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes! There is room for about 100 people to park their vehicles. However, if you plan of drinking, please consider utilizing Uber or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner)
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We recommend staying in Salt Lake City, as it is close to the airport and 40 min from the venue, but if you want to stay close to the venue, there are some great hotels located in Lindon. We have listed 5 hotels on our Travel page and highly recommend booking in groups as soon as possible for the best rates.
WHAT TIME WILL THE RECEPTION END?
Our reception will end music by 9:30 pm, where we will then have our grand exit and say our goodbyes!
