Parking will be available at Lake Hickory Country Club- Springs Clubhouse at no charge. A shuttle will be provided for transportation to the ceremony and reception. More information can be found on the transportation tab.

Please try to arrive at the Lake Hickory Country Club- Springs Clubhouse parking lot no later than 3:45 p.m. This will ensure there is sufficient time for the shuttle ride to the venue and time to find your seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.

Both the wedding ceremony and the wedding reception will be held at the Rector Residence. Parking will be available at Lake Hickory Country Club- Springs Clubhouse and a shuttle will be provided for transportation to the ceremony and reception. For directions to the Lake Hickory Country Club- Springs Clubhouse, please use 3820 Wandering Ln, Hickory, NC 28601.

Cocktail Attire is kindly requested.

While we love all little ones, due to space constraints, our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of children in the wedding party.

Barring any inclement weather, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will take place under a spacious tent.

We have worked with two local inns who have graciously agreed to reserve rooms for our wedding guests until February 6, 2025. Airbnbs are also available in the area. Please refer to the Travel and Accommodations tab for more details.

As of right now, Ubers and Lyfts are not reliable in the area. Shuttle busses will be available to take guests back to The Holly and Ivy Inn and the Trott House Inn.
