How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab at the top and type in one of the names listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would still appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to the vendors after this deadline - you will be missed!
Can we bring our kids?
The wedding is an adult-only event with the exception of select kids. If your child(ren) are not listed on your invitation, please make prior arrangements for them and enjoy a date night with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is Black Tie Country. Please be aware that this event will be outdoors, but events will take place late enough in the day when it's cooler. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen should wear dress pants or nice jeans, dress shirt, pearl snap, or button up shirt. Cowboy hats, boots, and bolo ties are highly encouraged!
No shorts, sneakers, white/cream/mocha colored dresses, please!
Can I bring a plus one?
Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our close family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited their name is included on the invitation.
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
Where will the ceremony and reception be?
The ceremony and reception will be held at The Dowling Ranch! No need to travel in-between! The reception will take place on the same property.
Where will I stay?
The bride and groom have listed accomadations in the area on their wedding website! There are plenty of beautiful Air B&b’s in area, the bride and groom suggest looking for ones in Etna, Fort Jones, Callahan, and Yreka. Please book enough time in advance to ensure you have a place to stay.
What if I am late to the ceremony?
The ceremony will be started promptly at 4:00 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle, but instead walk on the outside of the chairs and find a seat.
