Makayla and Garrett first met in 2014 at Woodland Baptist Church. David, Makayla's dad, approached Garrett out of the blue one Sunday. Pointing to a group of girls David let Garrett know he had permission to date his daughter. Garrett quickly got excited wondering which blonde would be lucky enough to get a chance with him.

After a few months of pursuing Makayla, Garrett finally convinced Makayla to be his girlfriend. They would spend the next few years growing up together and falling in love. From first jobs, proms, wrestling tournaments, graduating high school, graduating college, starting their careers, and finally getting married. We can't wait to see what the future holds.
