There will be two shuttles that will transport guests from the hotels to the venue. The first shuttle will leave at 3pm and the second at 3:15. At the end of the evening, the shuttles will transport guests back to the hotels at 8:45pm and 10pm.

Please arrive at the ceremony venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. You can arrive as early as 3:00 pm to find your seat at the venue. The ceremony will be held at 4pm.

The dress code is semi-formal. Please dress appropriately but wear something you are comfortable in. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass so ladies please keep this in mind when picking out shoes!

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means absolutely no phones or cameras other than the ones our photographers and videographers will be using. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired some wonderfully talented professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony has concluded, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

You will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". RSVPs need to be sent back no matter if you are or are not able to be there!

Duh!! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you are not planning on reserving a room for the evening, please be sure to arrange a ride home at the end of the night, and party responsibly!

While we do love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding day as an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun night out!

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. If your invitation does not indicate a plus one, then, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you to bring a date. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Please RSVP no later than 08/17/2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you on our special day. Invitations with RSVPs will be sent out later in the year.
