7th grade homeroom, one shared table, and the very beginning of Gavin’s crush on Makayla. It only took 11 years to seal the deal.

Freshman year homecoming—surrounded by friends, unknowingly building the foundation of our story.

After freshman year of college—our first Florida trip with friends, starting a yearly tradition.

Senior year and after—Gavin’s many visits to Illinois State turned into a summer spent together as great friends.
