Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home!

Please arrive to the venue between 3-3:30pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm!

If you received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed accordingly. We are excited to keep our wedding intimate with only our closest friends and family!

A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue on select hotels. Please let us know where you book so we can finalize the route based on where the majority is staying! Uber/Lyft/Taxi services are not available in Gardnerville so please plan accordingly if you chose not to use the shuttle. Limited parking is available at the venue.

Thank you in advance for RSVP'ing as soon as you can! Any RSVP's not submitted by May 20th will be counted as a "No" due to vendor deadlines!

The closest airport to fly into is the Reno airport! It is about an hour drive from the airport to the venue.

Yes! The wedding will take place in a well-kept pasture area, the reception area will be tented. For footwear, please keep in mind that you will be walking on dirt/grass.
