We’d love for everyone to stay at the resort with us, but we understand some guests may choose other accommodations. Please note: the resort policy limits how many outside guests can attend to only 10% of the final guest count, and day passes cost extra with limited access. We highly recommend booking through our promo code for the best experience and least amount of stress :)

Easy! Transportation is included in our package with the resort. It will need to be arranged with Seasons Tours at transfers@seasonstours.com at least 60 days prior to our wedding. Everyone on your reservation has to arrive at the same time to be picked up from the airport.

October in Cancún can be warm and humid, so comfort is key—while still following our request of "Casual Elegance" dress code for our guests. For Ladies: Dresses, skirts, or dress pants with a blouse. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants with a collared shirt. Please avoid t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, flip-flops, or beachwear. Elegant sandals or closed-toe shoes are required.

Subject to change, but this is what we are working with. Preparation: TBD Groom and Bride will be getting ready in seperate suites with a small party. Ceremony: 45 minutes. Hoping for it to be at sunset, but will depend on the resort's availability. Cocktail hour: 1 hour Appetizers, drinks, and live music. Wedding Reception: (20 guest minimum). ~4H Buffet style salads, soups, fajitas, main courses, side dishes, and a dessert station. Wedding Couple introduction, first dances, dinner, speeches (guests will be randomly picked by groom and bride:), cake cutting, finished with a dance party!!
