Once Upon A Time...

Makayla and Kieran met in October about four years ago at Howard Hill Assembly of God in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was dressed as a huntress, while Kieran was dressed as a karate kid. They saw each other at church but that was the extent of it. One faithful evening, Kieran's sister Kaylia left him at the church. After Makayla offered to drive Kieran back home, he hopped in and a friendship was forged. Little did they know their friendship would go beyond friends in April the following year. They became inseparable while working on the Easter play for their church. The relationship blossomed into something beautiful after Kieran asked Makayla to be his girlfriend on April 1st, 2018. Kieran got the approval of Makayla's dad on February 20th of, 2021 then on February 26th, he got the approval of her mom and stepfather. In the months that followed, he worried and planned.

After all of this, on May 8th, 2021, he proposed to Makayla (she said yes!) Now we are getting ready for their September 9th wedding!
