Their love started in Makena’s freshman year of highschool and Tyler’s sophomore year of highschool. It was a spark in the air that everyone around us noticed that something was special. It was a true love at first sight. As we grew through the years of highschool and college there were many bumps in the road and many celebrations of milestones. Tyler going off to Mankato for his first year of college while Makena was finishing up her senior year was the first “bigger” challenge they faced. Instead of looking at this as an obstacle they took this as a learning experience and our love grew even stronger. They again were faced with another challenge of distance when Tyler moved to Bloomington, MN to start chiropractic school for 3 years. Yet again, they met the problem and made their love even stronger. This is something that Makena & Tyler value as a couple, growing and learning from their challenges. They face them together and grow from them, this is why Makena & Tyler’s bond is unbreakable and their love will last a life time.
