Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will be held at WaConDa Woods & Gardens (2400 WaConDa Rd Union, NE 68455). The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be indoors. Keep in mind, the reception space is not heated nor air conditioned.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking on site, but it is limited. We ask that you please carpool if you are able.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will be directed to the reception barn, just steps away from the ceremony to enjoy appetizers and beverages.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Can I bring my children?
Invitations will be specific and will include names of children or state "& family" on your invitation.
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal for our evening. Keep in mind, the reception space is not heated nor air conditioned. You are welcome to dress in our color palette: dusty roses, maroon and gold champagne/tan!
Are pictures allowed during the wedding?
We kindly ask that all phones/devices be put away, silenced/turned off during the ceremony. Why? We love our photographer and videographer that will be capturing these special moments. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you want!
