Our Story
Our love story 🤍
Makenzie and Jonathan’s love story began in 2024 when they connected on Hinge. Their relationship quickly flourished, and they officially began dating in December of that year. Nine months later, Jonathan asked Makenzie to marry him, confident in what they both felt from the very beginning—that they were meant for one another. On June 5, 2026, they will celebrate their love and commitment by exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close friends and family.

Where will the celebrations take place?
Our ceremony & reception will both be held at the McColl pond environmental learning center building, in Savage, MN.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so everyone can be seated and settled. Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm
Can I bring a guest?
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Our reception will be held both indoor and outdoor.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Our photographer will capture all the special moments!
What is the dress code?
Semi formal attire! Our bridal party will be wearing pink.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There will be parking available at the venue for all guests. If needed you are also allowed to leave your vehicle overnight.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We’ll have drinks available to celebrate together. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home if needed. Please also be prepared with cash or Venmo to tip your bartenders.
Where are you registered?
We are registered on our wedding website. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you wish to honor us with something more, you can find our registry there.
