Makenzie met Tanya when she became roommates with Tanya and her little sister Aime in undergrad. Tanya soon became best friends with Makenzie, and then great friends with John.

Arielle and Makenzie are in the same cohort at UT Health. They are best friends and spend almost all of their time together. Arielle got married last December, and has enjoyed helping Makenzie plan her own wedding.

Kassie and Makenzie are in the same cohort at UT Health. They are best friends and help run a Bible Study every week with two other women. Kassie is also engaged and Makenzie enjoys sharing the experience of being engaged and planning a wedding alongside Kassie.
