Makenzie and Adam met online in 2020 right in the midst of covid. They talked online briefly, but nothing ever came of it.

In April of 2021, Adam decides to reach back out. They begin to talk again, and in May Adam decides to visit Makenzie at school. Following that, they spent the entire summer together, and finally began dating in November of 2021!

Adam gets his first big boy job and ends up moving in with Makenzie's family. Adam visits Makenzie at school to watch her softball games. Makenzie comes home in spring of 2022 and they live together in her family's house. In November, they celebrated 1 year together!

They are still living together in Makenzie's family home during most of the year. Over summer, Makenzie gets her big girl teaching job, and they decide to start looking for apartments. They moved into their first apartment together in Bethlehem in October. In November, they celebrate 2 years together!

They live in their apartment during most of this year. They loved living in Bethlehem, and especially visiting Musikfest. In September, about 1 year after moving into their apartment, they decide they want to begin house hunting. In November of 2024, just after celebrating 3 years, they officially buy the perfect home for them, and move into it in December, just in time for the holidays!

3 days into 2025, Makenzie and Adam decide it's finally time to adopt a pet. They get a 9 month old kitten, and name him Calvin (he's the best kitty). In June, Adam finds the perfect ring and asks Makenzie's family, they had to facetime her dad because he was all the way in Germany! On August 9th, Adam proposes at Stone Farm Cellars & Vineyard. She obviously says yes, and then Adam surprises her by having her family and friends come to celebrate with them. The wedding planning has officially begun! In November, they celebrated 4 years together, and their first anniversary as fiances! Two weeks before the end of 2025, they decided to add one more to their little family and get a Corgi puppy named Percy!
