As we all are enjoying this beautiful island. Today, we invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with a unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion!

Our Wedding

Well it all began back in high school(16 yrs ago). We had a mutual friend that wanted to play match maker and they got it correct(semi). So we tried the whole dating thing, but unfortunately just like most high school dating stories we did not work out. We remained friends throughout the years. Always, found some way some how to communicate. Never taking that leap of faith we just lived our lives and continued to keep our friendship solid. So at the brink of both of our lives we decided to cross that thrushold and see where this adventure would take us. When we first started dating again, we knew it was a forever thing. We both lived our lives and was ready to settle down. While dating we were talking and he says to me "if I were to get married and have a wedding I want my children to walk down the aisle with me". Maybe 3 months into us dating we found out we were having twins. So of course that was an exciting time for us. He knew he wanted to be with me forever and a couple months after finding out about our babies he proposed on his birthday, in such a special way in Forsyth Park. It was a rainy day. To my surprise I didn't know what was going on as we were walking through the park. We got closer to the fountain I see his sisters and mom holding up signs that read "Will you marry me/us". As I'm reading the signs he gets down on one knee in his fresh white air forces and khaki pants lol and asked "Will you marry me"? So of course a girl was all giggly inside of excitement and joy and I said "Hell YEA" lol. I was on cloud 9 for months. The news of our twins, and now this we just knew it was going to be the means of something great. Then some of the spark started to dwindle as we had a traumatic moment in our pregnancy, and sadly lost one of our sons. By the grace of God we were Blessed to have the other twin, who is now 3 yrs old. He spent about 5-6 months of his life in the NICU. So we wanted to be married before we brought our beautiful son home and decided to do a small intimate wedding with our immediate family. We was legally wedded on April 9, 2020 which was the due date of our twin boys. In 2021 we gave birth to our second son. Now, here we are 3 yrs later married and with sons4(3 living 1 in heaven) and finally having the wedding of our dreams. To have our children walk down the aisle with us and be by their fathers side. The love we have and share for one another is so unmatched. I never thought in a million yrs I would find a love like this. We can finish each others sentences and think each others thoughts and say what each other is thinking. We have found one another and never let each other go from the yrs of being apart to the last 3 yrs of tears, smiles, laughs, hugs and love we made it when we thought things could get bad. We held one another down through the thick and thin. We are here now!! Forever and A DAY!!! WE MADE IT!!! #TheWhiteWay
