We first laid eyes on each other at the Every Nation New Staff Training in Nashville, TN in June 2019. Although we spent two weeks in Nashville, not much was added to our relationship other than classmates. We saw each other again that July for the Every Nation Go Conference. There was a mutual interest in each other at the time, although we didn't know it. We even made plans to hangout, but it didn't work out. It wasn't God's timing yet. During the fall of 2019 we started talking more and became close friends. Fast forward a little bit, and we were headed to the School of Campus Ministry in Nashville January 2020 where we spent almost 2 months together. God spoke early on to Cassidy about Malcolm, and was told to wait. Shortly after, Malcolm was hearing from the Lord too. His relationship with Cassidy would be more than a friendship.

In March, after much praying and fasting, we decided to pursue dating with the intent of marriage. Throughout our relationship, we have chose to be lead by the Holy Spirit, and take every move we make to prayer. God has been so faithful, and we trust that He will continue to be in every chapter of our life. We will begin our marriage living in Nashville, TN.
