Attire Explained

We are requesting all of our guests to please wear ALL BLACK formal attire. While we love to dress in our colors everyday, we are wanting a very clean, sharp, formal look.


Ladies: please embrace elegant gowns or chic cocktail dresses, complemented by sophisticated accessories.


Gentlemen: this means a tux or a formal suit, paired with a black or white dress shirt and a black tie.

We can’t wait to see you all dressed to the nines!

Transportation

Complimentary transportation will be provided for hotel guests to and from the wedding.


A shuttle will depart from the Aloft Mooresville Hotel and later transport guests back to the hotel for the after-party.

When is the deadline for RSVP'S?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible.

However, the deadline is May 1st 2025. If we dont receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. ◡̈

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Can we bring our kiddos?

While we adore all the children in our lives, we have opted for an adults only atmosphere to ensure all our guests can fully enjoy the festivities.


The only children in attendance will be those who are part of our wedding. Should anyone require assistance with arranging child care, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll make every effort to provide support.

Where should we stay if we are coming from out of town?

As indicated in the "Travel" tab, we have secured a designated Room Block with discounted rates at Aloft Mooresville. We strongly encourage our guests to consider staying there for their accommodations for the Welcome Party and/or Wedding Night.


These room blocks are on a first come, first served basis. Please book accordingly.

After Party Info

We are hosting an after party at the Aloft Mooresville Hotels from 12:00am-2:00am!


This will be held in their downstairs bar, the WXYZ Bar.


This is the same hotel that we have our reserved room blocks. This makes it easy for the shuttle service. If you choose to stay at Aloft, please continue the celebration with us after!


***Note*** the Tru by Hilton Hotel is right next to Aloft. So, if you miss out on the room blocks, that hotel is right next door and you are welcome to continue with us afterword!

Can I bring a guest?

As we have limited space, we kindly ask you to refer to your invitation for details regarding plus ones. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out.

Wedding Location

All Wedding Day events will take place at the Fields at Skycrest Venue. There is parking available on the premises for those who choose to drive.


The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15pm.


For the safety of our guests, overnight parking is permitted on-site until 11:00am the following morning for anyone who prefers to leave their car after the celebration. ***Note*** transportation will be provided for those staying at the Aloft Mooresville Hotel.


***Uber availability is limited late at night near our venue—if you're drinking, please don’t drive! Instead, let us know if you will be taking advantage of our complimentary shuttle service in your RSVP.***

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us, and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures - which we will share with you!


Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you want and don't forget to share them with us!

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors. The Reception will be indoors.
