We kindly request that the ceremony be unplugged to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. You will have plenty of time to take photos of your own in Maroon Bells before and after the ceremony.

No! You are welcome to choose your own hotel accommodations. Crestwood Condos is simply the recommended choice given its proximity to the wedding sites, amenities, and room options for guests. However, feel free to stay anywhere you feel most comfortable.

For our outdoor wedding, please wear stylish yet practical semiformal attire. Women can opt for knee-length or midi dresses and comfortable footwear like wedges or flats. Men should choose light, breathable suits or blazers with sturdy shoes. Keep in mind the terrain and weather to stay comfortable while looking great!

In mid-June, Aspen, CO typically enjoys pleasant weather with mild temperatures. Daytime highs usually range from 65°F to 75°F, while evenings can cool down to around 40°F to 50°F. The air is fresh, and you’ll experience a mix of sunshine and occasional afternoon rain showers, as June is one of the wetter months.

Food will be provided by The Rolling Fork food truck. To start the evening, there will be a charcuterie board and appetizers, including their signature elote eggrolls and elk jalapeno cheddar sausage. For dinner, we will be serving street tacos! And to end the evening, a beautiful dessert board complete with churro cups, cookies, pies, and tarts! There will also be a variety of self-served soft drinks, beer, and liquor.

Not at all! If you’re invited to both events but can only make it to one, that’s perfectly fine. We completely understand that attending two events can be a big commitment. We’d be thrilled to celebrate with you at either or both occasions!

For the wedding after-party, we encourage you to dress more comfortable. For women, this could be a stylish dress, skirt with a blouse, or tailored pants with a chic top. Men can wear dress pants or chinos paired with a button-down shirt or blazer—no tie required. It’s all about looking put-together while keeping things comfortable and elegant.

We will be providing a variety of pizzas, appetizers, and salad. Trinity Brewery offers a great selection of beers, ciders, and cocktails and your first alcoholic drink is on us! Any additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the bar using cash or card.
