Our code is available for use until June 6th, 2025. You may call the hotel and speak to guest services and provide them with our group code. You may also book online with the following instructions:

1. Head to the website
2. Enter date of stay (good for the nights of June 27th & 28th , 2025)
3. Click Special Rates Box
4. On the Box highlighted below labeled Group Code, enter CHW
5. Click Check room rates and select room type and enter information
