Tom and Mallory met on the school bus in 2010 while both attending Ballston Spa High School. Unbeknownst to them, they lived only minutes away from each other for most of their lives. At the time Tom was a Junior and Mallory was a Sophomore. Immediately they built their friendship over a shared interest in music and sense of humor. They started out as good friends and began dating in August 2011. Since then, their relationship has followed them through their personal growth during college, graduation, moving in together, and the start of their careers.

After almost 9 years together, in June 2020 while spending a weekend together in the Adirondacks, Tom proposed to Mallory on top of Big Crow Mountain. Despite knowing that marriage was the next step, Mallory had no idea Tom would propose that weekend. She excitedly said yes and they immediately celebrated with a few beers. In August 2021, Tom and Mallory will celebrate 10 years together and will be tying the knot 10 months later on June 4th surrounded by their friends and family. They look forward to that day and their next chapter in life.
