What is the dress code?

Our wedding is black-tie optional. Dress to impress, but also in something you’ll feel comfortable celebrating and dancing in. Women: Floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses are great. Spring colors are encouraged but not required. Men: A tuxedo is welcome but not required. If you have a tux, wear it! If not, a sharp suit is absolutely appropriate.

What time does the ceremony begin?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating; the shuttle from downtown New Braunfels will also be available for guest transport and will arrive at the venue by 5:30 PM.

What time will the shuttle depart?

For guests using the shuttle it will arrive at the Fairfield Inn & Suites New Braunfels at 4:30 PM and will depart for the venue promptly at 5:00 PM. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will depart from the venue at 11:30 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will note who is invited. If a plus one is listed, we’d be honored to welcome them. If not, we’re so grateful to share this day with just you.

Where are you registered?

Your prayers and presence are the greatest gifts you could give us! But if you feel led to bless us with something more, you’ll find our registry on our website under the registry tab, it is linked to stores like amazon, crate and barrel and anthropologie.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. There is an outside patio and we will be spending some time outside, but the majority of the fun will be indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Parking is available on-site. Rideshare options are also a great way to arrive stress-free and ready to celebrate. We also will have a shuttle from downtown New Braunfels to and from the venue.

What’s the best airport to fly into, and how do I get to the venue?

The nearest airports are Austin (AUS) and San Antonio (SAT) — the venue is located roughly halfway between both cities. It's about a 25-minute drive from New Braunfels, where most of the day-before events will take place. Rental cars and rideshares are available and both are good options. We recommend using a rideshare or taking the shuttle for the wedding day so no one has to worry about drinking and driving. That said, having a rental car might be helpful for getting around and exploring the area during the weekend.
