Semi-formal/Cocktail. Ladies, feel free to wear a long dress, jumpsuit, or a midi dress. Please avoid any colors reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, creams). The ceremony will be in the grass, so keep that in mind when choosing shoes. Guys, feel free to wear a nice suit or dress shirt with dress pants. Please avoid denim and jeans.

We highly recommend booking with the Holiday Inn Express in New Martinsville, WV. There is room block information under the "Travel" tab above. This is the only hotel we are offering a room block through.

While we would love for your little ones to attend, we are choosing to have our ceremony and reception adults only. Thank you for understanding, we look forward to celebrating with you!

Please do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will capture our "I Do's". This gives you even more of an opportunity to enjoy the moment with us. However, photos and videos during the reception are encouraged!

Seating will begin at 3:15 PM, so we are asking everyone to arrive by 3-3:15 PM. This gives you enough time to park and find a seat. If you happen to arrive late, please do not disrupt the ceremony by finding a seat. Feel free to explore the Country Club until the ceremony is over!

Unfortunately we will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. If you choose to drink alcohol during the reception, it will be your responsibility to make designated driver arrangements. Please be safe!
