A long time ago, in a land far far away.......

A freshman boy at Texas A&M with long hair asked this gal on a date. She loved his sisters and liked his hair so she said yes!

They enjoyed a fancy dinner of pizza and green beans, and watched the sunset at Lake Bryan.

About a month later, the boy (Joey) asked the girl (Mal) to be his girlfriend and she laughed and said yes!

The years went on, and Joey and Mallory said yes! every chance they could to having fun together. They worked at Camp Blessing together, explored all the places they could in Bryan-College Station together, and cooked a lot of tofu together. One summer, Joey decided to bike across the country, so Mallory said yes! and cheered him on. Mallory spent lots of time with her Capernaum Young Life friends, and Joey said yes! and cheered her on as her Young Life team pursued teens with special needs in the BCS area. Joey said yes! when Mallory had some fun leg surgeries, and supported her through all of that. Mallory said yes! as Joey fell in love with bikes and mechanical engineering and learned to love biking with him. They said yes! to growing, yes! to learning and changing, and yes! to lots of adventures.

Three and a half years later, Joey decided to ask Mallory to marry him. She said yes! YES!!!!! Yes! to forever. Joey and Mallory are so excited to continue to learn more about Jesus and His love for them as they begin this new chapter of their relationship. They both know that saying yes! to having a faith with Jesus has been the best decision of their whole lives, and will build and shape their marriage. It is because of Jesus and his work on the cross that they have the ability to love each other, and they pray to continue to be changed to be more like Him. Thank you to saying yes! to supporting them and helping them become the people they are today! They are so excited to celebrate with you! LET'S DANCE!
