To help our friends & family who are joining us from out of town, we have reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels for a discounted rate. Both areas offer plenty to do and fantastic dining options - and they're both within a 15-minute drive from the venue. You really can't go wrong with either one!
In addition, Airbnb and VRBO have plenty of options in surrounding areas (including parts of Northern Kentucky) that are within comparable driving distance.
If you would like more information or other recommendations for places to stay, please reach out directly to Mallory or Bryce!
This Marriott family hotel is closer to the venue for more convenient day-of travel. Please note that due to it's proximity to downtown, parking fees will apply.
The default dates are August 1st to August 4th, so please be sure to adjust the dates of your stay if your travel dates vary.
NOTE: Last day to book with the group discount rate is July 1, 2024. Use the website link below to access group rate.
This Hilton family hotel is located in a nearby suburb just north of downtown. While it's slightly further from the venue, it offers a quieter area while still being easily accessible to downtown.
The default dates are August 1st to August 3rd, so please be sure to adjust the dates of your stay if your travel dates vary.

For those who choose to drive to the venue on the day of the wedding, we have included information on convenient parking locations below!
This underground parking lot is located under Washington Park & right across the street from our venue!
We HIGHLY recommend parking here if you choose to drive. It is as close as you can get, well-monitored, and affordable!
It offers a weekend rate of $8 (max 8 hours) & 450 parking spaces - so it should have plenty of room on wedding day.
Two vehicular entrances/exits are located 1) on Race Street at 13th Street, and 2) on Elm Street across from Music Hall (pictured above).
If the Washington Park garage is full, this lot is a nearby alternative. Park Place owns several parking lots in the area, and this location is a few blocks south of our venue!
This lot is an open lot, and not a parking garage. The daily parking fee is $6.
Look for the bee-themed mural pictured above - the mural is on one of the walls that borders this lot!
Paid street parking is also available near the venue & Washington Park. While these options tend to be a little pricier and less monitored, they are a potential alternative if you can find a spot close enough!
