Ceremony Timing: We kindly request that guests be seated by 4:15 PM.
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, at which time the guest entrance will be closed and will not reopen until the ceremony concludes
Food & Drinks: During cocktail hour, enjoy a selection of delicious appetizers as you mingle with other guests. Once seated for dinner, you’ll be treated to a multi-course meal starting with a salad course, followed by a soup course, and your main course selection (as chosen on your RSVP). The meal will conclude with a delightful dessert.
An open bar will be available throughout the evening, except during dinner, when the bar will briefly close. But don’t worry—wine will be served with your meal to complement the courses.
Later in the night, we’ll keep the party going with late-night snacks to keep you fueled for dancing and fun!
Dress Code: The dress code will be Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. Feel free to bring a pair of more comfortable shoes for dancing! We would kindly asks guests to refrain from wearing white.
An Adults-Only Celebration: We love having kids in our lives, but for our special day, we’re hoping to keep it a kid-free event. To help us create a more intimate vibe, we kindly ask that our special day be an adults-only affair.
Thank you for your understanding!
Photos: We’d love for you to take lots of photos and share them with us; your snaps will help us see all the fun moments we might miss! We will have an online photo album setup for our big day for everyone to use.
For the ceremony, we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away so everyone can be fully present. But don’t worry—we’ll pause at the start of the ceremony to give you a chance to snap a few photos before we begin.

What can I expect for your big day?
Our ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm (Please be seated by 4:15pm), followed by a cocktail hour, and finally our dinner & reception.

Do you have a registry?
We’re not using a registry, as we already have what we need for our home. A gift of cash would be greatly appreciated as a contribution to our future together, but celebrating with you is the greatest gift!
Can I request songs from the DJ?
The DJ won't be taking requests on the night of, but we've sent them a packed playlist, including all of your requests, to keep the party going all night with what fits best!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors, but will be moved indoors if inclement weather is expected.

Will there be options for those of us with dietary restrictions?
Our dinner menu will feature gluten-free and vegetarian options, with more details available once we finalize the selections. For dessert, our wedding cake will be gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free, ensuring a delightful treat for all our guests! Hors d'oeuvres, snacks, and other food outside of dinner is still being finalized, but we want to make sure everyone can partake!
What if I have other dietary requirements not mentioned?
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions! We want to make sure everyone is taken care of for our big day. When you RSVP, we will be confirming everyone's dietary restrictions.
Can I bring a Plus One?
Please note, our celebration is RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

How do I get to the venue?
Glenerin Inn & Spa is located at 1695 The Collegeway, Mississauga, ON. Check the Accomodations page to view the full address & website.
Glenerin Inn & Spa is a 5 minute drive from the nearest QEW exit, and a 5 Minute drive from the nearest 403 exit. Please give yourself extra time to arrive at the venue, as many of you may know, traffic in the Greater Toronto Area around that time of day can cause significant delays.
If you are taking transit, it is a 7 minute drive from Erindale GO Station, and a 9 minute drive from Clarkson GO Station.
Have you reserved room blocks?
Yes! We have arranged for a number of room blocks at Glenerin Inn & Spa. They will be available up to 2 months prior to our wedding. They will be first-come, first-served, however you will also have access to any rooms that are available to the public at Glenerin, subject to availability. Rooms blocked as part of our wedding cannot be booked through the Glenerin Website. If you would like to book a blocked room as part of our wedding, please call Glenerin directly to book
