Flying! We recommend taking a direct from the US to QRO airport in Querétaro. Ubers are available from the airport to your accomodations! The ride from QRO airport to downtown is about 30-40 minutes/ ~20 miles by Uber.

We recommend booking flights early, as Valentine’s Day is a popular travel time. Major airlines like American, United, and Aeromexico offer direct flights to Querétaro (QRO). Viva offers cost friendly options with direct options Monday and Friday, and a layover in Monterrey on other days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months as it will not be accepted if it expires within 6 months.

You can book your stay with many of these hotels via WhatsApp as it is their main form of communication. There are also many very affordable Air BNB’s. We recommend staying in downtown Querétaro (Centró Histórico) as there is much to do- and many restaurants and eateries within walking distance.

If you are wanting to go farther than walking distance- Uber is a reliable and safe option!

We can’t wait to see you dressed to the nines for this special evening! The floors of the venue are stone and can be quite uneven, they are best suited for block heels, wedges, or flats.
