Q + A

WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2026.

HOW DO I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, August 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Our venue has free, on-site parking. We encourage guests to use Lyft or a local taxi service if they plan on drinking.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list “(Your Name) & Guest,” “(Your Name) & Family,” or “The (Your Last Name) Family.” When you go to RSVP, you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans, please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride – whites, ivories, and creams. Also, prepare for weather of 80s during the day and 70s after sunset.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you – get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to use a rideshare service (Lyft) or a local taxi service. Please be sure you have a way to get home safely.

SINCE THERE WILL BE ALCOHOL, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using a rideshare app (Lyft) or local taxi companies for transportation if you plan on drinking! Just make sure you pick up your vehicle the next morning if you plan on leaving it overnight.
