There is a parking lot located at rear of church, you can enter from Herkimer Street. There is also street parking available along Herkimer Street, both East and West of Locke Street.

We kindly request you arrive for 2:00pm to allow the ceremony to start as scheduled. You may use the front doors to enter the church.

Please come dressed in formal wear. We kindly ask you to respect the dress etiquette of the Catholic Church during the ceremony.

We will have a professional team taking photos and video footage. We kindly ask you to turn off your personal devices and keep the out of sight for the duration of the ceremony.

The ceremony, cocktails and reception will all be indoors. Following the ceremony there will be photos taken outside the church and we encourage all our guest to spend some time with us there. Also, the reception venue is located along the lake and is a beautiful location for photos if you wish to take some outside.

There is parking located on either side of the venue. Please park at the West Parking Lot unless there are no spots available. Parking is free after 4:00PM at the West Parking Lot and free after 6:00PM at the East Parking Lot.

Cocktails will begin at 5:00pm and will be accompanied by canapés.

We have selected our closest family and friends to be a part of our special day. Due to our venue capacity, we ask you to be understanding and keep to the guest name(s) included on your invitation.

Your children are more than welcome at the ceremony, however, due to capacity at the reception venue we have decided to keep our reception to adults only.

While we have not set up a traditional gift registry, if you would like to offer a gift, we would greatly appreciate a monetary contribution. This will help us start this next chapter together, and we are deeply grateful for your support. We have reserved a block of rooms at The Pearle Hotel and Spa. There are limited rooms available, if you would like a room please reach out to Jeff or Manda directly.

We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible. The formal deadline to book your room is April 30th, 2025.

Hotel Check in is at 3:00pm. The ceremony is scheduled to be done at 3:00pm, which gives you two hours to get to the hotel and check into your room prior to cocktails. Hotel Check Out is at 11:00am

The hotel is very close to the reception venue. It is a 10 minute walk along the waterfront or a 2 minute drive.
