Our Wedding

Our story began like many others when we matched on a dating app and has been a whirlwind of excitement ever since. After talking for a week or two we planned a virtual trivia night while David was on a work trip. We must've play around 5-6 rounds before calling it a night, plenty of laughs and stories later we set up an actual date. Paddleboard yoga and a picnic in the back of the Ranger concluded with David asking Mandi to be his girlfriend. After many more adventure filled dates and plenty of new friends later, Mandi and David realized they have something special. Together or apart, there was never any doubt as to each other's love. David spent many nights on the road for work, which made for many silly snapchats and long video calls. There was no shortage of diversity in conversation, as each had so many stories to tell of their respective homes. Mandi has fit right in here with David and his family, and now forever has family in the states. David is excited to one day visit Mandi's homeland of South African and officially be a part of the Van Staden family. If their is one thing that Mandi and David knows how to do, it is to speak each others love language; still learning and always adapting. Despite both being extremely busy in their work and personal lives, they always find time to enjoy each others company. Life so far has been nothing but a rollercoaster ride, and they are excited and ready to enjoy it for the rest of their lives. We are excited the celebrate our love with everyone in May, and hope you can have just as much fun!
